Each child is assigned a qualified key worker who individually monitors progress to ensure the appropriate stages of development are being met and identifies any areas for further development.
Nursery Times promotes staff development and ensures that staff are kept abreast of sector leading practice and current legislation through training and visits to our sister nursery and other nurseries within the local area. Staff are encouraged to undertake higher qualifications such as PDA Childhood Practice & BA Childhood Practice.
